Reminder: Polos cannot be form fitting or buttonless and camosiles are not part of the uniform.

Grades 9-12 Boys
Pants must be worn above the hips. Sweat pants, wind pants, nylon pants and pajama pants are not acceptable.
Shorts must be worn above the hip and at least mid-thigh in length.
Shirts: Sleeveless shirts of any type are not permitted.
Grades 9-12 Girls
Slacks must be worn above the hips. Sweat pants, wind pants, nylon pants and pajama pants are not acceptable.
Shorts must be worn above the hip and at least mid-thigh in length.
Skirts must be to the top of the knees in length .
Tops: Low cut, tight, sheer and midriff baring tops and shirts are not acceptable.
General Expectations for Dress
- Clothing should be in good conditions - no holes or tatters.
- Messages, pictures or symbols (including but not limited to sexual, violent, drug or gang related) deemed inappropriate
- by LCS Administration on any piece of clothing is not acceptable.
- Clothing that may be considered by LCS Administration to be sexually suggestive, including low-cut, tight, sheer or midriff,
- stomach or belly-button baring tops are not acceptable.
- Snow boots and military-type boots are not to worn during the school day.
- No gang related jewelry, insignia, colors, paraphernalia, materials, clothing or attire may be worn or carried on campus
- or at school-sponsored activities, including but not limited to, gloves, bandanas, shoestrings, wristbands, and jewelry
that are likely to cause others to be intimidated by fear or violence.
- Tattoos may not be visible at any time during school or a LCS sponsored event.
- Because LCS is an ethnic diverse community, parents who desire clothing to reflect their ethnicity should contact
- the building principal to communicate their wishes. The administration will make the final decision in these cases.
