Tuition & Financial Assistance

Mrs. Trudi Clements

LCS tuition is about $500-$1,500 less than the average per pupil cost in Catholic Schools nationally and about $2,000 less than public school per-pupil cost in Minnesota. It is a tribute to our staff, parents, volunteers, benefactors, supporting parishes, School Sisters of Notre Dame and the SCHOLA Foundation that our school is able to charge families less than what it actually costs us to educate a student . We are grateful for their generosity.

Aligned/Non-Aligned Tuition
Holy Rosary Parish, St. John the Baptist, St. Joseph the Worker, and SS. Peter and Paul all generously provide financial assistance to LCS. Families who do not belong to one of these four parishes are charged out-of-parish tuition (non-aligned tuition). Oftentimes, this additional non-aligned tuition obligation can be met through a family's request of their parish church. If your church makes a tuition contribution, SCHOLA Foundation provides a matching tuition grant of up to $250.00 per student. The SCHOLA Foundation's matching tuition grant is an effort to make it possible for "non-parish-aligned" students to be part of the Loyola Catholic School community.

TADS FInancial Assistance Program
LCS is committed to make Catholic education available to any child who wishes to be part of the Catholic school community. Consequently, if a family's financial situation prevents it from being able to pay the tuition amount as decided by our Board of Directors, please ask about our TADS Program or go to www.tads.com . LCS is available for requests of financial need through a personal dialogue of trust and honesty.
